I just get too busy and forget. I don't take it lightly though, I think it's a serious issue and would like to get better at it! We drink Britta at home and that's fine with me, have aluminum bottles too.

I put frozen fruit in my water (ie strawberries, or mixed frozen fruit) then I also put ice in it as I like it cold. The fruit flavors it without all the sugar. I refill my water jug on the average of 8 times per day and that is as much as 10 glasses of water a day.

The green tea mixers help me quite a bit. Plain water is just that ... plain. The mixers (which you shake into a 20-ounce bottle of water) jazz it up a little, and you also get the added benefit of antioxidants. Since I started drinking the green tea mixers, I drink at least a gallon of water every day.

I like green tea but it doesn't like me, I'm so sensitive (picky eater as a child hehehe) I used to be able to find a black/green tea blend but haven't seen it in a while....

I love water if it is filtered from my tap and has a slice of lemon. However it is expensive to keep up with the filter changes (for as much water as I like to drink I feel like I am changing it every month). My city water has a fishy taste and odor and is rather quite disgusting!

I drink water when I am on a strict budget at a restaurant and I always ask for water with lemon...I for sure need flavor to my water...or else I won't drink it as much as I am suppose to it. It would have to be a real hot day...

oh! gosh, thank you shamelessly sponsored thread for pointing out that I should drink more water, preferably of course, water filtered through an over-the-spigot water filter manufactured by a company such as the one that sponsors this 'group'
